Donald was my Installation Technician and he was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We were looking for a good security system and easy installation. Donald knows everything about his products and his security system. Donald went over everything with the system and taught us how to use the key panel and how to use the app on our phones. Donald is very patient, kind, polite, and overall an easy going person . He installed cameras and his work with the wires are very clean and neat. If you get Donald as your technician then you are in very good hands.

Dom was very professional, polite and did a wonderful job with the install! He went above and beyond to explain how to use the alarm, as well as making sure everything was installed to my standards! Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend.

Our technician Dom did a great job! He cleaned up after himself. Took time to help us set up our apps. He also made sure to do a professional install. He took pride in his job. Which I do appreciate. I have had technicians in the past who have done poor work damaging our home. So Dom did good work and took care of his work. Thank you. Wife and kids are excited about our safety system we have. Good affordable price. So far everything is good. Thank you

Friendly service, both in sales and installation. All of our questions were answered and we were encouraged to contact them for any additional inquiries and assistance.Our installer got two of our properties installed within a very reasonable time frame. So far we are extremely satisfied with the care and service provided and we are glad that we chose Envision Security Inc to assist in our family security needs.

Dom came to the house to set up our security system and was on time showing up. He called me to let me know that he was on his way over and gave me an estimated time he would show up! He went above and beyond my expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the devices he was installing and gave us great recommendations on where to put the devices to optimize our usage! Dom was very polite and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Dom to come out to anyone’s house. I believe Dom should be considered for a raise since has given us one of the best customer service’s experiences we have had compared to other companies. Keep up the good work Dom!
